ERP Technical Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Techno-Functional Consultant (Fresher) to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MSBC) practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong logical and analytical mindset, basic technical knowledge, and a keen interest in understanding business processes. This role is a perfect blend of business consulting and technical development for candidates aspiring to build a career in ERP consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis of business needs.
• Support in configuring and testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
• Learn and contribute to customization & development in AL language using Visual Studio Code.
• Write and run SQL queries to support reporting and troubleshooting.
• Assist in Power BI dashboard creation and DAX formulas for reporting solutions.
• Participate in end-user training and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of:
• SQL (queries, joins, database fundamentals)
• Programming concepts (Java, C, C#, or Visual Basic)
• Power BI & DAX (preferred, but trainable)
• Interest in ERP systems and business processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies (AL, VS Code, APIs).

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Internship or project experience in ERP / BI tools / Database management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
