Role Overview

Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Relationship & Business Growth

  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with

    brokers, real estate agents, and builders/developers

    .
  • Conduct

    high-level builder meetings

    to discuss collaborations, partnerships, and platform integrations.
  • Oversee and support broker meetings, onboarding, and follow-ups to enhance engagement.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive adoption of platform features and premium services.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Guide and mentor junior Relationship Managers / Customer Success Executives.
  • Monitor user activity, engagement metrics, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, product, tech, and operations teams for smooth client servicing.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage escalations and complex client issues professionally.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activities such as demos, events, training sessions, and developer meet-ups.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance insights, market trends, and client feedback.

Market Insight & Strategy

  • Stay updated with local real estate trends, pricing, and project developments.
  • Provide strategic feedback to the management for product enhancements and market improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Hindi, English & Bengali is mandatory.

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred (not mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    real estate, proptech, customer success, or relationship management

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience handling builder-level meetings and business discussions.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools, dashboards, and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field meetings efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
