Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, build and engage our audience, and develop new revenue streams through platforms like Telegram and other social media channels. The ideal candidate is an expert in audience growth, content creation, and monetization strategies within the crypto space. This role involves managing community interactions, launching campaigns, and identifying partnership opportunities to drive fund visibility and profitability. Based in our Ahmedabad office, this is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and the chance to influence our digital outreach in the evolving crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media channels, including Telegram groups/channels, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord, with a focus on crypto-specific communities.
• Create engaging content such as posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters to educate audiences on crypto trends, fund insights, and DeFi opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to build and retain a loyal audience, using tactics like AMAs, giveaways, polls, and influencer collaborations.
• Identify and launch new revenue streams through social media, such as premium Telegram subscriptions, affiliate partnerships, sponsored content, NFT drops, or tokenized community incentives.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, conversion funnels) using tools like Google Analytics, Telegram Bots, or social media dashboards to optimize campaigns.
• Foster community engagement by responding to queries, moderating discussions, and building relationships with crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and potential investors.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and regulatory guidelines for crypto promotions in India (e.g., ASCI rules).
• Collaborate with the marketing and trading teams to align social strategies with fund goals, including promoting research reports or trading signals.
• Monitor competitors and industry leaders to innovate distribution channels and audience-building techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups with proven audience-building success.
• Expertise in platforms like Telegram (including bots and channels), Twitter (X), and other social media tools for community management and monetization.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing.
• Demonstrated ability to create revenue streams through social channels, such as paid communities, ads, or partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with experience in metrics tracking and A/B testing for audience growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with a bubbly, energetic personality to engage audiences authentically.
• Knowledge of the Indian crypto landscape, including audience preferences and compliance with local regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours to cover global time zones and real-time crypto events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in crypto-specific tools like Telegram APIs, Discord bots, or blockchain analytics for community insights.
• Background in influencer marketing or viral growth hacking in Web3 spaces.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or CRM tools to integrate social efforts with broader revenue funnels.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot) or social media management.
