Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Shift Operations
- Supervise day-to-day shift activities ensuring alignment with production targets and quality benchmarks.

2. Handle Manpower

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 2 to 6 years in shift operations, manufacturing, or industrial management.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of MIS/ERP systems.
- Understanding of material handling, machine maintenance, and safety regulations.
Working Conditions:
