Job Description

As a ServiceNow Manager, your role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's business requirements and beyond. You should possess good design knowledge and be proactive in researching new solutions based on the given requirements. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Developing ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) in the ServiceNow Platform - Adhering to best development practices during support and development activities - Assisting other developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow - Configuring the platform in collaboration with business process owners - Demonstrating expertise in Design, Development, and Integration of ServiceNow in various areas like ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, and Custom applications - Providing functional and technical insights proficiently - Having knowledge in Web Technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc. - Exposure to the ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools - Possessing strong verbal communication skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues - Showcasing organizational and analytical skills - Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or with a team - Being flexible to learn new technologies/processes whenever required - Being open to working in the second shift in India if necessary In terms of qualifications, you should ideally have: - Ability to perform effectively in a dynamically changing environment - Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool - Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployments involving multiple stakeholders and team members - Capability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines - Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer service-oriented and teamwork-driven environment - Setting goals, participating in strategic initiatives for a team, fostering high-performance teams, and interacting with all levels of the organization Must-Have Certifications: - Certified System Administrator (Desired) - ITIL Certifications (desired) - Other Service-Now Certifications (Preferred) - Scrum master (Preferred) Your experience and background should ideally include: - B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA qualification - 7+ years of experience in the IT industry - Engaging with clients consistently, interpreting their requirements, staffing projects while managing communication flow throughout - Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective time management skills - Knowledge of web-based development languages, especially JavaScript and Ajax - Exposure to ITSM Framework and ITIL - Excellent communication skills Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
