Job Description

Role Overview: As an Elite ServiceNow partner and one of America's fastest-growing companies, you will be part of the INRY team, seeking ServiceNow professionals with excellent technical and business skills. Your role will involve working on ServiceNow implementation projects across various product lines such as GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITBM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM. You will have the opportunity to lead medium to large-sized projects, requiring a mix of consultancy and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project workshops and guide clients and teams through business requirements gathering and user story writing. - Deliver technical solutions through UI configuration, workflow configuration, reporting development, system integrations, and scripting. - Review work performed by team members and implement best practices recommended in ServiceNow. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure developed solutions meet business needs. - Manage project health and compliance requirements by tracking project timelines, financials, status reporting, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Assist with onboarding new team members and mentor them in the ServiceNow platform and INRY processes. Qualifications Required: - Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT industry. - Minimum 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform and minimum 4+ years of project management experience. - Excellent customer service skills. - Good communication capabilities, both written and verbal. - Must be a self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and a high-speed pace of work. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and/or PMP certification. - Two or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certificates. - Experience with the software development lifecycle.,
