We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Professional to manage and maintain high-quality master data across SAP systems. This role involves working with various business and IT teams to ensure that master data (like materials, customers, vendors, etc.) is accurate, consistent, and used properly across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain master data objects in SAP (Materials, Customers, Vendors, Finance, etc.). Work closely with business users to gather requirements and support data governance policies. Create, update, and validate data following business rules and quality standards. Set up and manage data workflows, approvals, and validations. Monitor and resolve data quality issues using standard tools and custom reports. Support data migration and cleansing activities during system upgrades or new implementations. Coordinate with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FI, etc.) for integration and consistency. Prepare and maintain documentation for MDM processes and best practices. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDM or SAP MDG (Master Data Governance). Good understanding of SAP data models and business objects (Material Master, Customer Master, etc.). Experience with data validation rules, data replication, and workflow configuration. Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Experience in data migration tools like LSMW, BODS, or other ETL tools.
