Job Description

The ServiceNow Manager will lead a globally distributed team responsible for the development, support, and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform at KLA. This role ensures alignment with business goals, oversees delivery timelines, and maintains high-quality standards across all ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage a team of developers, analysts, and support staff across India and Israel, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
Platform Ownership:
Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, HR, Security Incident Response, and custom modules like Move Management and Forensic Case Management
Strategic Planning:
Drive roadmap execution and platform scalability in alignment with IT and business objectives
Process Optimization:
Promote automation, workflow efficiency, and reporting capabilities to enhance IT service delivery
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors for ServiceNow-related initiatives.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, data privacy, and security standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience managing ServiceNow teams or large-scale ITSM platforms.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Computer Science or other related degree or at least 3 year's experience as manager in an enterprise company.
