Role Overview: As a Senior Leadership at Workassist, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and long-term vision for ServiceNow services. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align service objectives with business goals. Your role will involve developing and implementing service processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
