Job Description

As a Manager in a hybrid remote/in-office role reporting to the Director Enterprise Management at Experian, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and provide technical guidance to the internal SNOW team and manage 3rd party vendors. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating technical specifications, solutions, and development efforts for internal projects - Engaging with decision makers to lay out project roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives - Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development - Leading a team of ServiceNow developers, overseeing day-to-day operational management, and working with stakeholders on understanding demands and needs - Creating ServiceNow roadmap with process owners and leadership, refining technical estimates, and effectively communicating project timelines, risk mitigation, and status You will also collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams, conduct workshops, introduce technical best practices, provide technical mentoring, and update training materials and technical documentation. **Required Experience:** - 5 to 8 years of recent experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems, with at least three years directly managing the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITSM, CSM, and PPM - Implementation experience on multiple ITSM, CSM, PPM modules, troubleshooting production and test issues, and leading agile-based projects **Qualifications:** - Btech or MCA with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and management - Experience in creating technical designs before development - Completion of at least two full implementations of ServiceNow and holding current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) At Experian, our culture and people are important differentiators.
