Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps VR modules. • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps solutions with other security tools and IT systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop workflows, scripts, and automation rules to streamline vulnerability response processes. • Monitor and optimize the performance of SecOps VR solutions. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow SecOps applications. • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in SecOps and VR. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. • 5 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps VR implementation and configuration. • Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security operations processes. • Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and other scripting languages. • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules such as Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
