We’re looking for missionaries who want to make a real difference keeping family businesses alive in American society and globally.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes full ownership of the hiring pipeline. You’ll be the driving force behind building our high-performing Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, the very people who power SwiftSku’s mission every day.If you’re an exceptional communicator, deeply intuitive about people, and can spot a top performer from a mile away, this role is for you.This isn’t a coordination role, it’s a full-cycle recruiting position where you’ll source, engage, and close high-impact talent while acting as a true ambassador of the SwiftSku mission and culture.What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing to offer closure, with a primary focus on Sales hiring , followed by other customer-facing roles like Account Management, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Source at high volume, you’ll proactively build and maintain a steady pipeline of top Sales talent to keep our sales engine running at full speed.
  • You’ll partner with the founders every day, building the teams that power SwiftSku’s mission and rapid growth.
  • Craft compelling outreach that tells the SwiftSku story and excites top talent to join our mission.
  • Source creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and unconventional channels to find hidden gems.
  • Conduct interviews that go beyond the resume, evaluating drive, attitude, and alignment with our core values.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to support high-volume hiring needs.
  • Deliver an unforgettable candidate experience that reflects the energy and heart of SwiftSku.
  • Maintain excellent documentation, follow-ups, and consistent communication across your candidate pool. Key Requirements
    • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced startups or high-growth companies.
    • Proven track record of hiring for Sales and Customer-Facing roles (high-volume experience preferred).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Strong instinct for identifying top-performing Sales and Account Management talent, you know how to recognize drive, adaptability, and growth mindset early in the process.
    • Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to finding and engaging passive talent.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and processes quickly.
    • High adaptability, able to thrive amid shifting priorities and constant experimentation.
