The Role Senior Sales Manager (Revenue Leader)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own 100% of the revenue targets

  • Strategize, plan, and execute

  • Continuously monitor sales metrics, conversions, and pipeline health using CRM (TeleCRM / Zoho / HubSpot).

  • Stay hands-on with every funnel — from

  • 10+ years of hardcore EdTech sales experience

    in organizations such as

    UpGrad, TimesPro, Great Learning, Emritus, Jaro Education, Talensprint, Imarticus, or similar firms.

  • Proven track record of selling

    high-ticket programs (1L–25L)

    — MBAs, Executive Certificates, PG Diplomas, and Doctorates.
  • A

    — thrives on big numbers, builds plans to hit them, and never backs down.
  • A

    natural motivator and coach

    who can instill passion, persistence, and purpose in the sales team.
  • Strong understanding of
