Job Description: HR & Administration Manager – Corporate Office (Gachibowli HQ) Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Corporate Office) Division: VXU Global – All Business Verticals Reports To: CEO / Corporate Leadership Role OverviewVXU Global is expanding rapidly across multiple divisions – Upskilling Programs, Study Abroad, and MBBS Abroad. We are seeking a seasoned HR & Administration Manager to lead talent acquisition, training, and organizational administration across all our offices. The ideal candidate is a head-hunting specialist with a proven track record in hiring top-performing sales and support talent, while also building sustainable entry-level pipelines through campus engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring VXU Global attracts, trains, and retains the best talent while keeping operations seamless across divisions. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Head-Hunting: Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales Counselors, Academic Advisors, Visa Officers, Trainers, and Corporate staff across all divisions. Actively head-hunt high-performing sales professionals and leadership talent via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and manage talent pipelines through campus visits, job fairs, and institute tie-ups, with a focus on hiring BBA and early-career candidates for entry-level sales and counseling roles. Develop and execute strong recruitment marketing strategies to attract quality candidates at scale. 2. Training & Development: Design and deliver induction programs for freshers and continuous learning for existing employees. Run sales and product training with internal experts (mock calls, role plays, objection handling). Track probation performance and ensure fast ramp-up to productivity. 3. Corporate HR & Administration Serve as the HR Business Partner for all VXU Global divisions (Upskilling, Study Abroad, MBBS Abroad, Corporate). Manage policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations across branches. Oversee Gachibowli Corporate Office administration, vendor management, and day-to-day operations. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and performance. 4. Performance & Retention Define and track KPIs for recruitment, training success, and employee performance. Design and roll out performance-linked incentive models in coordination with leadership. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, especially for sales-heavy teams. 5. Strategic Contribution Forecast manpower needs across all divisions and proactively build a talent pipeline for rapid expansion. Build long-term feeder systems through campus partnerships and BBA/MBA hiring drives. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning VXU as an attractive career destination in EdTech & Consulting. Key RequirementsEducation: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred). Experience: 7+ years in HR/Operations, with a strong focus on head-hunting and sales hiring. Proven success in campus hiring and building pipelines of BBA/MBA candidates. Prior exposure to EdTech, Consulting, BFSI, or high-growth sales-driven sectors is a plus. Expertise in multi-division HR management, training design, and administration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on execution.
