Job Description

Role & responsibilities

driving revenue growth from non-local markets

outstation sales strategy, execution and channel productivity

1. Revenue & Business Ownership

  • Own and deliver

    outstation sales targets

    across residential projects
  • Drive contribution from feeder markets such as

    Rest of Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Pune, Bangalore,

    etc.
  • Plan city-wise and project-wise sales strategies aligned with launch calendars and inventory movement.

2. Channel Partner Strategy & Governance

  • Build and scale a

    robust channel partner network

    across domestic and international markets.
  • Onboard, train, and govern CPs to ensure productivity, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Define CP segmentation, incentive structures, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Ensure strong governance on lead quality, closures, and customer communication.

3. Market Expansion & Demand Generation

  • Identify high-potential feeder markets and develop entry strategies.
  • Partner with marketing teams to drive

    outstation campaigns, roadshows, CP events, and activations

  • Leverage digital platforms and CRM insights to optimize funnel conversion.

4. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of

    outstation sales managers, channel managers, and support teams

    .
  • Set clear KRAs, performance metrics, and review mechanisms.
  • Build a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and customer-centric selling.

5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    Project Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations

    teams.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for outstation sales execution and escalation.
  • Ensure smooth customer journeys from lead to closure to handover.

6. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with

    company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval matrices

    .
  • Track and report performance metrics: lead conversion, CP productivity, ageing, receivables.
  • Provide leadership with market insights, competitor intelligence, and risk assessments.
