Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Coordination
- Supervise and guide the sales coordination team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance of sales coordinators and executives.
- Support team members in handling escalations and complex customer requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong communication with existing clients, ensuring timely responses to queries.
- Follow up with lost or inactive customers to rebuild relationships and generate business.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Sales Support & Execution
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order execution.
- Track quotations, orders, invoices, and payments using CRM and other sales tools.
- Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales performance trackers, and dashboards for management review.
- CRM & Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in CRM systems.
- Track sales pipeline, customer interactions, and follow-ups through CRM.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, lost opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Business Growth Support
- Support sales team in generating leads, follow-ups, and closing opportunities.
- Work on reactivation of dormant accounts and win-back strategies for lost customers.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong follow-up, tracking, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in chemical / manufacturing / B2B industry.
- Prior experience in handling a team will be preferred.
