Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Coordinator role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with clients and team members, and managing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the sales team, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
• Cold calling and lead-to-Order closure skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Graduate degree in any field is a must
