• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analysing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Technical Support: Providing technical advice and support to customers regarding product usage and application.
• Market Research and Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
