Senior Sales Coordinator

As a Senior Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling international calls and customers, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. You will also coordinate sales activities and processes to facilitate efficient workflow and timely execution of sales orders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support - Maintaining sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of records - Collaborating effectively across departments to ensure coordination - Utilizing proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales-related tasks - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders - Applying a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work - Engaging in multitasking and problem-solving to support the sales process effectively - Contributing to B2B sales or account management activities - Being a team player with a high level of dedication and fluency in English You should hold a BBA/MBA in Marketing & Sales and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
