Senior Sales Coordinator

job Title: Sales Coordinator Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. This role will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing documents, and following up with clients. Handle order processing, quotations, and invoices accurately. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with current information. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure timely delivery of products/services. Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards with management. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions or escalate as needed. Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or marketing campaigns. Track sales performance and ensure all targets are met. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
