Job Description

Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers.  Providing information about products/services and answering customer queries.  Generating leads and following up with potential clients.  Collecting feedback from customers during calls.  Back Office Duties: Data entry and updating information in databases and spreadsheets.  Maintaining records and documents related to customer interactions and other office tasks.  Preparing reports and presentations.  Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing supplies.  Other Responsibilities: Interacting with clients and other departments to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.  Providing customer support and resolving issues.  Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.  Following company procedures and policies.  Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Good organizational skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls. Experience in tele calling or back office roles is a plus
