Job Description

Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. General Ledger Management: Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the creation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits. Financial Reporting: Generating regular financial reports for management. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes and workflows. Skills to Highlight: Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and solve problems. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
