Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in

  Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation

  .

• 8–10 years

  of relevant experience.
• Experience in Pharma

  Machine manufacturing industry

  is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle

  Pharma Machine service applications

  and customer support.
• Attend customer calls, log service requests, and align engineers for timely resolution.
• Ensure

  timely execution

  of machine retrofitting, upgrades, and service schedules.
• Prepare, review, and maintain

  21 CFR compliance documentation

  for compression machines.
• Coordinate with

  Purchase and Sales teams

  to ensure machine readiness and dispatch.
• Monitor and ensure

  availability of spare parts

  for service and retrofitting projects.
• Plan and track

  service engineers’ schedules

  to optimize customer support.
• Work closely with the

  Design/Production teams

  to address machine issues and improvements.
• Maintain and submit

  service MIS reports

  (customer complaints, downtime, call closures).
• Support in

  customer training, FAT/SAT coordination

  , and technical clarifications.
• Drive

  continuous improvement initiatives

  in service and coordination processes.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Pharma

  Machines

  and pharma machinery standards.
• Familiarity with

  21 CFR compliance

  and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent

  coordination and communication skills

  (inter-department & customer facing).
• Ability to handle

  pressure and multiple priorities

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong

  problem-solving and decision-making

  capabilities.
