You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Senior Account Manager with a focus on GCCs for US based firms. Here is a summary of the role, key responsibilities, and qualifications required for the position: Role Overview: - Utilize your 10-15 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development to drive success in selling IT solutions such as application development, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, and automation. - Manage engagements with large, geographically distributed teams, delivering Application Development and Maintenance projects. - Demonstrate your ability to manage large, complex accounts and navigate matrixed organizations. - Engage in diverse service offerings like application development, maintenance, re-engineering, migration, etc., and different pricing models such as fixed price, fixed capacity, time and material, etc. - Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and provide appropriate attention to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to engage and influence senior stakeholders. - Employ consultative and solution-based selling techniques to understand clients" pain points and propose tailored solutions. - Demonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills to structure deals that benefit both the client and the company. - Utilize analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills effectively. - Showcase contractual & commercial acumen, with prior experience in sales and (or) pre-sales with IT services firms. - Drive towards agreed KPIs/goals with creativity and individual ownership. - Possess exceptional business communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills. - Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement journeys. - Be prepared for travel requirements of up to 2-3 days/week across multiple cities in India. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.,
