Job Description

As an experienced Sales Professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing and growing existing accounts, and exceeding Orders & Revenue targets. Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing AVEVA's footprint growth, generating business pipeline, collaborating with marketing and Product Specialist for Demand Generation activities, and developing long-term relationships with C-suite Executives and key decision makers. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire business against competition and increase current business with existing accounts - Meet and exceed Orders & Revenue targets - Generate business pipeline and provide accurate forecast to the management - Strategize AVEVA's footprint growth by identifying white space and competition install base - Plan Demand Generation activities in collaboration with marketing and Product Specialist - Work with support function teams to identify and progress opportunities in the identified accounts - Develop long term relationships with C-suite Executives and key decision makers - Comply with the Framework of ONE AVEVA for all policies and communication from the management Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of experience in direct sales and account management - Experience in selling software solutions serving EPCs, Marine/Ship-building industry - Degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Technology - Strong ability to create and drive effective account planning - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work cross-culturally and with all levels of an organization About AVEVA: AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software with a commitment to embedding sustainability and inclusion into its operations.
