As an Accounts Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry, you will play a crucial role in driving solution sales for industrial equipment and heavy machinery. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing long-term partnerships with key clients and identifying new opportunities in the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading solution sales initiatives for clients in the Automotive Industry, focusing on industrial equipment, heavy machinery, and related technologies. - Developing and managing strategic customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships. - Collaborating with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and manufacturing companies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. - Providing consultative sales support by tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and client needs, thereby enhancing sales strategies. - Negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals with an emphasis on value-driven selling. - Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-15 years of proven experience in solution sales within the Automotive Industry, Industrial Equipment, or Heavy Machinery sectors. - Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery solutions, and automotive applications. - Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and closing large deals. - Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with customer needs. - Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
