We are hiring for the role of Assistant Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities: Generate and manage inquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants Engage with customers to understand application requirements and propose suitable Control Valve solutions Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team for timely and accurate techno-commercial proposals Drive follow-up on submitted proposals and convert inquiries into confirmed orders Lead price negotiations while ensuring profitability and adherence to pricing strategies Track and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline , ensuring accurate data and timely action Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business growth Conduct customer visits for technical discussions, product positioning, and solution presentations Share market feedback and competitor intelligence with the management team to align strategy Preferred Candidate Profile: Industry Background: Currently working in the Valves or Pump industry Experience: 37 years in technical sales or business development Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of industrial flow control products and applications Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel to customer sites for meetings and technical discussions
