Job Description

Senior Recruitment Specialist


The position is primarily recruitment-focused (60%), with additional involvement in HR operations (30%) and employee/management coordination (10%).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RECRUITMENT

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring rounds with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.


  • Manage employee documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in policy-making, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives and HR best practices.
  • Assist with internal HR processes and policy adherence.

  • Coordination with Employees & Management

    • Serve as a communication bridge between employees and top management.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and HR activities.
    • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and employee communications as required.


    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
    • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Tech hiring.

    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview practices, and talent acquisition tools.
    • Good understanding of HR operations and compliance practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
