This role of a Recruitment Professional is within a specialized division of Professional Staffing by the name of Adecco Diversified Services

Adecco Diversified Services primarily supports EOR- Employer of Record Services for the foreign entities who do not have presence in India and are interested to expand their operations in the country.

We hire people on our payroll for contractual staffing needs. ADS excels in the efforts to provide Customers with excellent International Standard services experience across the 360 degree services we offer apart from hiring needs to ensure that their goal of setting up operations in India is taken care of as they work with us for a longer term.

The Senior recruitment professional would have the responsibility of implementing most effecting and efficient available sourcing tools to ensure the demands are fulfilled to achieved assigned Gross Profit Targets. Since inception of any customer, sourcing/delivery plays a significant role and hence this role demands strong maturity and ownership to ensure that customer experience which starts from sourcing leverage to opening more doors of business.

KRAs

  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods in consultation with Global customers.
  • Ensures detailed qualification summary of resume fitment with every submission
  • Monitor and apply HR Recruiting best practices
  • Collaborating with customers and Account Management Team to understand positions and hiring needs
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process to ensure onboardings
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
  • Maintain Accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or databases following the compliance
  • Ensures to send weekly/daily tracker to the customers on sourcing/delivery efforts to keep customer aware about the actions required from them to speed up hiring decisions

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Should have experience in IT & Non IT recruitments across technologies and industries. International Experience is preferred since this role would also require collaborating with Internal Global Colleagues and customers to help them with Market Intelligence across industries required by the customers globally.
  • Should be of a content related mindset to ensure the documentation about a candidacy is well understood by the customer aiming at fitment justified with the excellent screening confidence of finding a right talent
  • Should have experience in Contract and Perm hiring 70:30 Is fine
  • Team Collaboration mindset is highly required which will be assured from the existing team as well
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream preferably BBA/MBA
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the industry or sector in which they are recruiting, including trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis
