Position Summary:

Senior Recruitment Specialist

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across engineering, site management, procurement, planning, EHS, commercial, and support functions
  • Partner with project leaders and department heads to anticipate workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies
  • Source high-quality candidates through various platforms: job portals, social media, internal database, agencies, internal references and direct sourcing
  • Manage job postings, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
  • Draft offer letters, manage negotiations, and oversee onboarding process in coordination with HR operations
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports to leadership
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus placement, career expos, and other networking events
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in the job market

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in recruitment

    , preferably within the

    construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry

  • Strong knowledge of job profiles in the construction domain (e.g., civil engineers, project managers, site supervisors, QA, safety engineers etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring for multiple projects and job sites
  • Excellent skills and competencies in screening CVs with respect to Education in accordance with UGC/NAAC, Tenure and experience in other companies
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for

    EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)

    or

    turnkey project companies

  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIPD)
