Role Overview


Senior Recruitment Specialist


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process across mid to senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to improve sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mandates.
  • Partner with account managers and clients to understand position requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.
  • Ensure effective candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for performance monitoring.


Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
  • Proficiency in

    LinkedIn Recruiter

    and other social media recruitment platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in leveraging

    AI tools for recruitment

    (sourcing, screening, workflow automation).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of recruitment experience

    with exposure to leadership and niche hiring.
  • Prior experience in recruitment consulting or executive search firms will be preferred.
