Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation

   
• Create comprehensive 

  Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

   and detailed 

  functional specifications

  . 
• Document 

  product flows

  , 

  transaction lifecycles

  , and 

  funding processes

   for digital banking or payments systems. 
• Maintain up-to-date 

  user stories

  , 

  acceptance criteria

  , and 

  business rules

   in collaboration with product managers. 

• Technical Collaboration & Delivery Support

   
• Act as a 

  senior business analyst

   and primary liaison between 

  product

  , 

  engineering

  , and 

  QA

   teams. 
• Partner with technical leads to translate business requirements into 

  technical design specifications

  . 
• Work with 

  API teams

  , 

  UI/UX designers

  , and 

  data analysts

   to ensure alignment with product goals. 

• Process & Flow Design

   
• Develop detailed 

  process maps

  , 

  data flow diagrams

  , and 

  system interaction flows

   using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro. 
• Ensure accuracy of transaction journeys — from initiation to settlement — including all 

  funding and reconciliation steps

  UAT coordination

• Review QA test cases and validate outcomes against business requirements. 
• Track delivery milestones and ensure high-quality, on-time release execution.

Preferred Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Sr Product Manager

  in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance Domain

   
• Familiarity with

  Merchant pay-ins and Payouts, Instructional funding, and embedded finance

   
• Exposure to 

  APIs, microservices

  , and 

  modern digital banking platforms

   is highly desirable.  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Certification in Agile / Scrum or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
