Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Kovai.co, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end product life-cycle of our SaaS products. You will have the opportunity to set the strategy, road-map, and feature definition for our products, influencing every aspect of their development and launch. Your responsibilities will include creating use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements, prioritizing and delivering product improvements to enhance usability and customer experience, and working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality product releases. Your role will involve both product definition and execution of product features. Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant product management experience or software implementation experience. - Strong background in software engineering and prior experience in product management. - Experience in managing a product throughout its life-cycle. - Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and data modeling. - Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to execution. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate business problems and solutions effectively. - Work experience in the SaaS industry is preferred. - Experience with Scrum/Agile development processes.
