Senior Procurement Manager

As a Senior Procurement Manager at [24]7.ai, your role will involve identifying and screening suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, driving improved supplier service levels, minimizing risk, and improving business results. You will be responsible for standardizing and automating best practices processes for various Commodities / Products & Services such as DC Colo, IT Infra, Info Security, Cloud Infra, Software Subscriptions, Telco circuits, Lead generation and Marketing related services, Subscription, Professional services, Digital Media, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee strategic sourcing to create alternative sources of supply and ensure fair supplier selection at fair value. - Analyze all deals with a commercial perspective, considering taxes, contractual clauses, and other terms. - Collaborate with Department Heads to understand bills of materials/SOW, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders. - Drive consistent follow-ups to close deals, demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, and manage stakeholders effectively. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives, standardize processes, and automate procurement best practices. - Manage IT spend for Global GEO, working closely with diverse customer bases and the Legal team for contract finalization. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any stream (Preferably MBA/CPP/CPSM) - Minimum 14-18 years of experience in a Shared Service environment, with at least 10+ years in Procurement of IT Products & Services - Experience in IT / ITES industry, strategic sourcing, and supplier management - Strong acumen for negotiation, stakeholder management, and proactive decision-making - Well-organized, resourceful, ethical, and quick learner with the ability to analyze empirical data - Familiarity with taxes, contractual clauses, and commercial terms This role is based at [24]7.ai's office in Bangalore, with work timings from 3 PM to 12 AM IST.
