Responsibilities University Engagement: Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen employer branding. Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute sourcing strategies, organize career fairs, and manage on-campus interview processes. Talent Sourcing & Selection: Leverage multiple sourcing channels—including job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and others—to identify and attract high-quality candidates. On-Campus Activities: Coordinate and conduct impactful campus engagements such as webinars, workshops, and recruitment drives. Pipeline Management: Ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through to onboarding, maintaining a steady talent pipeline. Candidate Experience: Deliver an inclusive, engaging, and efficient hiring process focused on candidate satisfaction. Qualifications Education Qualification: MBA/PGDM Preferred (with Specialization in HR) Work Experience: with 2 - 6 years of work experience in Campus Recruitment with prior experience in the ITES/IT industry would be preferred Certifications (Preferred): NA Required Skills Proven team player with a clear understanding of the critical nature of recruitment timelines Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Creative thinker with a drive for process improvement and innovation Committed to delivering a positive, candidate-first experience throughout the hiring journey Show more Show less
