Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Campus Engagement & Branding:

Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges for MBA, HR, and technical programs.
Represent the firm at campus events, career fairs, and pre-placement talks.

Hiring Execution:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for campus hires, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
Collaborate with sourcers and resume reviewers to ensure timely submissions and quality profiles.
Use platforms like
Phenom
for scheduling and candidate tracking.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with business units and talent acquisition leaders to forecast campus hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with compensation grids and approval processes as per the
India AC Hiring Playbook
.

Metrics & Reporting:

Maintain dashboards and provide insights on hiring progress and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Familiarity with campus hiring processes and tools (Phenom, Workday).
Analytical mindset for reporting and process improvement.
