Senior Procurement Manager

As a Procurement professional joining our team, you will play a crucial role in managing sourcing for premium commercial interior projects in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. With your 4+ years of experience within PMC, EPC, D&B, or Real Estate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, build deep category expertise, and take ownership of procurement execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing sourcing of materials, services, and vendors across multiple project categories. - Leading commercial negotiations to drive value and cost efficiencies. - Collaborating with project, design, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement. In addition, you will be responsible for vendor management by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding qualified vendors, as well as maintaining strong vendor relationships. You will monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, timelines, and compliance. Ensuring procurement processes adhere to internal policies and project requirements will be a key part of your role. You will also support the implementation and optimization of procurement tools and tracking systems. Your reporting and collaboration duties will involve tracking key procurement KPIs, reporting progress to leadership, and working closely with Finance and Operations to align sourcing with project schedules. The ideal candidate for this position will have: - 4+ years of procurement experience within PMC, Design & Build, EPC, Real Estate, or Commercial Interiors. - Strong pedigree ideally from leading PMCs, EPC firms, or tier-1 project organizations. - Proven commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills. - Solid understanding of vendor ecosystems and project procurement dynamics. - A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset that thrives in high-growth, dynamic environments.,
