Job Title: Labour Compliance Executive (NON-LEGAL ROLE) Location: Gurugram, Haryana About the Role: We’re hiring a fresher for a non-legal compliance role to manage labour documentation and statutory filings at our construction/project sites. Key Responsibilities: Assist in compliance with labour laws like BOCW, CLRA, ESI, PF, etc. Maintain attendance, muster rolls, and worker KYC records Coordinate with contractors for timely documentation and filings Track state-specific labour norms and support on-ground implementation Who Should Apply: Fresh graduates (any stream) with interest in compliance/admin work Not a legal/advocate role – no law degree needed Good with documentation and coordination Show more Show less
