Labour Compliance Executive
to join our client's Facilities Services team.

Age:
Not Exceeding 42 YearsThe Labour Compliance Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing training to unit managers regarding labour Implications.Must have strong knowledge of Social Security Acts like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc. & RetairalsPrepare and conduct forefront labour compliance audits by Clients, Internal, or Compliance Authorities. Must know document preparation and bridging the gaps.Consult with experts, liaison with government departments and labour courts for employee-related legal notices, labour licenses, and other grievance-related conciliation cases.Monthly Labour license tracker updation and communication with Client representatives & Internal Stakeholders to achieve a fully compliant status that clears invoicing.Take care of employees by onboarding, sharing bank details, UAN, and ESIC cards, and performing all required activities to settle the final dues of separated employees.In addition, they will be instrumental in addressing any compliance issues that arise, providing recommendations for corrective actions, and liaising with regulatory bodies as necessary. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in labour compliance, human resources, or a similar role within the facilities services industry.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and central labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Excel Dashboards and AI content tools are must
