Senior Procurement Manager

As an experienced professional with 10-12 years of experience in the Procurement function for US & UK geographies, you will be responsible for effectively sourcing and dealing with suppliers from the Aviation and Hospitality industries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Identification & Negotiations - Time to Market and Cost-Effective Purchases - Creating and managing value strategies, RFPs, negotiations, and contracts - Developing and promoting strategic partnerships with suppliers - Understanding and applying supply chain concepts in your strategies - Working closely with internal Unifi customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and product/service requirements - Utilizing your negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful procurement processes - Ensuring smooth implementation and execution of transition support processes by bringing in shared service specific knowledge and best practices - Actively participating in migration & deployment activities, including training material preparation, service rehearsal testing, go-live readiness, and support structure establishment - Monitoring and ensuring that the overall delivery of services to customers meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined within a strong internal control framework - Encouraging a mindset of innovation to drive continuous business value and challenge the norm You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Hands-on experience in accounting ERPs with good knowledge across the Procurement function - Strategic thinking abilities with a balanced short and long-term view in problem-solving - Result-oriented mindset with high motivation for self-growth and developing team members - Ability to utilize information from various sources effectively - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - Experience working in the Aviation or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage - Ability to work in US ET shift with flexibility during peak days --- *Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the job description provided.*,
