An expert in Digital media marketing who has all-round expertise brand & performancemarketing which is inclusive and not limited to social media, Search, Marketplaces andother facets of Digital Media, responsible for the design and implementation of acomprehensive digital marketing strategy for the brand that drives client deliverables.Drive adoption of emerging as well as leading technologies and practices in MarTech,Data & Analytics Platforms and build deep capabilities within EC. Responsibilities Define a transformational digital roadmap aligned to the corporate strategy tomaximize operational efficiencies, market awareness, and customer engagement. Manage the digital lifecycle; from concept, throughout the build and test phases,until launch and maintenance. Measure ROI and engagement for digital marketing activities including establishedprocedures to track and monitor effectiveness and measure actual performanceagainst planned performance. Leverage digital platforms to provide solutions for challenges faced by the Brands. An expert in running Digital Marketing campaigns, specializing in Google Ads, E-tailMedia, Performance Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing,Programmatic & Mobile. An expert in various AdTech/MarTech platforms. Identify opportunities for cross/Upsell across their set of clients and help businessteams in converting them. Working closely with the team on Campaign enhancement & Optimization Advise account teams on research, strategy, creation, execution, andmeasurement of content across various digital channels. Establish strong and successful partnerships by advocating and educatingtechnology vendors, publishers & data providers and internal stakeholders in linewith the vision and ambition to shape technologies to suit our needs. Develop and build services and solutions based on market requirements Supportcustom/ad hoc external and internal special projects. Desired Candidate/ What you will need to Succeed in this role: 6-10 years of experience in a digital media agency. Interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills Intelligent,entrepreneurial with strong work ethic Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal andexternal teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum. In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either mediaplanning or sales planner perspective. Understanding of Digital Ad platforms suchas Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Facebook business manager, etc. High competency level in analysis & insight generation. In-depth understanding ofAd tracking & monitoring tools such as DCM, Google Analytics, etc Detailed understanding of SEO Excellent time management/project management skills, with the ability to managedetailed work and communicate project status effectively to all levels. Some working outside the standard working hours may be necessary.
