Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist for Marketing Services at Afterconcepts, your role will involve independently driving outbound sales, building strategic client relationships, and closing high-value projects, specifically targeting the North American market. You will work closely with the founding team and technical experts to tailor solutions and secure deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, such as CXOs and Product Heads. - Execute outbound sales strategies to engage prospects in both North American and Indian markets. - Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal submission, and closing deals. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment on solution architecture. - Utilize CRM tools to build a pipeline, track outreach metrics, win rates, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications & Requirements: - 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outbound/hunting roles. - Previous experience in selling marketing services. - Familiarity with North American and Indian markets is highly desirable. - Strong communication skills in professional English, with the ability to understand nuanced product/tech requirements. - Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, Pipedrive, etc., and ensuring strong data hygiene in sales reporting. - A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Compensation: - Incentives: Accelerated commission structure starting at 3% of closed revenue with no cap. - Performance Bonus: Onboarding Success Bonus offered upon closing early deals (terms discussed during final interviews). Work Environment: - Hybrid role preferred from New Delhi for team proximity. - Full remote work may be considered for highly experienced candidates with a proven track record in the US market sales.
