Businesses that partner with Afterconcepts come in all stages, scales, and sectors, and no single hardware development approach works for all. Your interest in product development, paired with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will help shape how new and existing businesses turn ideas into engineered products. Using your relationship-building strengths, you will learn to offer client-first service, research, and solution discovery. You will support the team in anticipating client needs and navigating the complexities of bringing hardware products to market.

Afterconcepts is building its sales team in hardware product development services including industrial design, engineering, and complete turnkey solutions. We’re looking for a Sales/Business Development Intern who is eager to learn outbound sales, contribute to client relationship building, and support in closing high-value projects for the North American market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target industries and prospective clients in North America.
• Assist in outbound sales efforts, including prospecting and initial outreach.
• Support the sales lifecycle: prospecting → discovery → pitching → proposal.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams to tailor solutions.
• Maintain CRM tools for pipeline tracking, outreach metrics, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent professional English.
• Curiosity to understand product/tech requirements and client needs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in engineering, design, business, or related field is preferred.
