Brand Partnership Executive

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Executive who thrives on the excitement of closing deals and driving brand movements. Your role will involve establishing connections, nurturing relationships, and securing impactful campaigns. Your primary focus will be on identifying and approaching key decision-makers within consumer brands, agencies, and marketing firms. You will be responsible for securing brand partnerships for various campaigns including college events, corporate functions, community activations, and more. Understanding the specific requirements of clients and aligning them with innovative on-ground strategies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with our strategy and execution teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-performance campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, particularly in the fields of ad sales, media, or marketing services. A strong network, sharp business acumen, and familiarity with brand budgets are essential qualities we are looking for. Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu will be advantageous. Candidates who have experience solely in inside/software sales or are seeking remote or purely managerial roles may not find this position suitable. In this role, you will not be limited to selling booth space or basic brand promotions. Instead, you will play a crucial role in helping brands make a real-world impact creatively and memorably. You will receive full support from a team proficient in executing campaigns with precision.
