XScale Media is seeking a skilled closer to confidently sell high-ticket marketing services to warm leads. As the first dedicated closer, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the entire sales function of the company. About Us XScale Media is a performance marketing agency specializing in building high-converting funnels, automation, and paid ad campaigns for service-based businesses and coaches. The company's offers range from 40,000 to 1,50,000+ per month. With a steady flow of warm leads from inbound and organic channels, we are now looking for a sharp sales professional to convert these leads into clients effectively. Responsibilities - Taking sales calls with warm leads (no cold calling) - Leading prospects through the decision-making process and closing deals - Managing follow-ups and maintaining CRM hygiene - Providing regular feedback on lead quality and messaging - Collaborating directly with the founder to enhance the sales process Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience closing high-ticket offers (50,000+ or $1,000+) - Comfortable leading Zoom-based sales calls - Strong objection handling and negotiation skills - Self-driven and comfortable operating without a rigid script - Experience in selling marketing services or B2B offers is a plus, though not mandatory Compensation - Commission-only to start: 10% to 20% per close - Opportunity to transition to a base + commission model after 60 days, based on performance - Uncapped earning potential - Performance-based bonuses Why This Role is Unique By joining XScale Media, you are not just closing sales but also contributing to building the sales department from scratch.
