High Ticket Sales Closer

XScale Media is seeking a skilled closer to sell high-ticket marketing services to warm leads. As our first dedicated closer, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our sales function. We are a performance marketing agency specializing in creating high-converting funnels, automation, and paid ad campaigns for service-based businesses and coaches. Our services range from 40,000 to 1,50,000+ per month, and we receive a steady flow of warm leads from inbound and organic channels. Your responsibilities will include taking sales calls with warm leads, guiding prospects through the decision-making process, closing deals, managing follow-ups and CRM hygiene, providing feedback on lead quality and messaging, and collaborating with the founder to enhance our sales process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in closing high-ticket offers, be comfortable leading Zoom-based sales calls, possess strong objection handling and negotiation skills, be self-driven, and have experience in selling marketing services or B2B offers (optional). This position offers a commission-only structure initially (10% to 20% per close) with the opportunity to transition to a base + commission model based on performance after 60 days.
