XScale Media is looking for a skilled closer who can confidently sell high-ticket marketing services to warm leads. We don’t have a big sales team. We don’t have pre-written scripts. You’ll be our first dedicated closer, and if you’re the right fit, you’ll help us build and scale the entire sales function. About Us We’re a performance marketing agency that builds high-converting funnels, automation, and paid ad campaigns for service-based businesses and coaches. Our offers range from ₹40,000 to ₹1,50,000+ per month. We have a steady flow of warm leads from inbound and organic channels. Now we need a sharp sales professional who can turn conversations into clients. What You’ll Be Responsible For Taking sales calls with warm leads (no cold calling) Leading prospects through the decision-making process and closing deals Managing follow-ups and maintaining CRM hygiene Giving regular feedback on lead quality and messaging Collaborating directly with the founder to improve our sales process Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience closing high-ticket offers (₹50,000+ or $1,000+) Comfortable leading Zoom-based sales calls Strong objection handling and negotiation skills Self-driven and comfortable operating without a rigid script Experience selling marketing services or B2B offers is a plus, not mandatory Compensation Commission-only to start: 10% to 20% per close Option to move to a base + commission model after 60 days, based on performance Uncapped earning potential Performance-based bonuses Why This Role is Unique You’re not just joining to close.
