What You’ll Do (The Mission):

• Campaign Setup:

  Assist in launching and managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Optimization:

  Monitor daily ad performance and kill underperforming ads while scaling the winners.

• Funnel Analysis:

  Work with our team to analyze landing page stats and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.

• Creative Strategy:

  Brainstorm hooks, headlines, and ad creatives that stop the scroll.

• Reporting:

  Track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPM) and create weekly performance reports.

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Learner:

  You have a basic understanding of how Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads works (Certifications are a plus, but curiosity is better).

• The Analyst:

  You aren’t scared of Excel sheets or looking at data to find patterns.

• The Creative:

  You understand what makes people click and can write decent ad copy.

• The Hustler:

  You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and want to build a career in Performance Marketing.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with
