Role Overview We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist who will take full ownership of ad account management across platforms. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure smooth functioning of ad accounts, maintain compliance, monitor performance health, and support the media buying team by keeping accounts well-structured and optimized for scale. Key Responsibilities Ad Account Setup & Management Create, maintain, and organize ad accounts, business managers, pixels, and tracking setups . Ensure correct permissions, roles, and account hierarchies are followed. Link domains, pages, and payment methods properly. Compliance & Policy Management Monitor ad account health, resolve disapprovals, restrictions, or bans in coordination with platforms. Stay updated with Meta, Google, and Native ad policies to ensure compliance. Handle appeals and coordinate with platform reps where required. Performance Monitoring & Hygiene Regularly review ad account structures for naming conventions, creative libraries, billing settings, and campaign archives . Ensure budgets, bids, and pacing are aligned with performance goals. Proactively identify and report anomalies in spend, delivery, or attribution. Collaboration with Media Buyers Support buyers by keeping accounts clean, functional, and ready for scale . Troubleshoot pixel, tracking, or attribution issues. Assist in audience setups, lookalike creation, and retargeting pools . Documentation & Reporting Maintain updated trackers for account usage, billing, and campaign approvals . Generate weekly/monthly summaries of account performance and health status.
