XScale Media is a performance marketing agency that helps coaches, consultants, and businesses scale with funnels, sales automation, and high-converting ad campaigns. We’re data-driven, creative, and obsessed with delivering measurable results.

We are now expanding our Ads team and looking for a Media Buyer who can strategize, launch, and scale profitable campaigns while working closely with our funnel and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
• Perform audience & competitor research to improve campaign efficiency.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative & copy teams to launch high-converting ads.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google required, LinkedIn is a bonus).
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering profitable ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on-site with the XScale Media team.
